The week in review
Last week of PM Cafe went well for the most part. Friday was our Ethiopian Cuisine for our final project, and I think we all did well. The chef was able to tell that we all put a great deal of work into it, and despite one small hitch (one of the dishes almost got forgotten) and one student having to run home for ten minutes (forgot to shave) we pulled it off.
History of Food Culture wasn’t that difficult, just had to turn in some paperwork and we were out of there. Stuff on cows, Alice Waters, and Hunters and Gatherers.
Culinary Math was simple enough, just conversions from ounces to pounds and such, recipe conversions, etc. Got an Exceeds on that one.
